Keep in mind the Statue of Liberty ferry schedule varies slightly depending on whether it’s low or peak season, so I recommend checking ahead of time.

The answer depends on what kind of view of the Statue of Liberty you want. If you want an up-close view, the best option is to see it from the water, on a boat tour. That said, you can get amazing views of Lady Liberty from the air on a helicopter tour, or from One World Observatory since it’s the best observation deck in NYC that’s closest to Liberty Island.

The best time to visit the Statue of Liberty is in the morning because you can avoid the crowds and enjoy more time at the landmark.

The cheapest way to see the Statue of Liberty is by visiting the parks that overlook Liberty Island, like Liberty State Park in New Jersey or Battery Park in Manhattan.
