Restaurants in South Africa are currently open for dine-in, takeout, and delivery, but, in accordance with lockdown rules, they close at 9 PM. Bars are also open.
Restaurants will be laid out so that there is a minimum of 1.5 meters between different groups. Restaurant capacity is restricted to either 50% or 50 people indoors/100 people outdoors. Customers should wear masks when they are not eating or drinking.
