Finding where to stay in Page is something you need to do before visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, its two most popular tourist attractions.

Page is a small town in northern Arizona and is considered the third most important small city in the US. Before planning our 10-day trip to the West Coast USA, we knew very little about this place, but once we visited it, it gave us some of the best memories of our trip.

We’d wanted to visit this fantastic work of nature from the first time we ever saw pictures of Antelope Canyon. The most expensive photograph ever sold was taken here, so we were excited to see this place with our own eyes.

In this canyon, you’ll find one of the most original postcard-worthy views of the West Coast. The reddish colors of the canyon’s walls are utterly unique, and the formation of light beams, if viewed during the central hours of the day, makes this place pure magic.

Best Western View of Lake Powell Hotel is also a favorite among tourists when they look at where to stay in Page because it offers a great view of the famous Glen Canyon Dam.

It is a 15-minute drive from Lake Powell and 10 minutes from the canyon, making it one of the best options for sleep near Antelope Canyon.

They offer a breakfast buffet, swimming pool, and very well-equipped rooms, and the hotel reception organizes guided excursions to the touristy areas of Page. Although some rooms are expensive, others may have lower and more affordable prices.

BEST WESTERN PLUS AT LAKE POWELL, other option for where to sleep in Page

Best Western Plus at Lake Powell is a 5-minute drive from Lake Powell and 1.5 miles from the Glen Canyon Dam, making it one of the most popular Page hotels.

It has a pool, hot tub, complimentary breakfast, and a gym. Booking in advance is essential if you want to stay here. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and it has free parking.

The price of the rooms will vary according to the type of room chosen. For example, there are large rooms with a kitchen and living room included, while others are simple and have only the essentials.

Lake Powell Canyon Inn, an affordable hotel in Page

Lake Powell Canyon Inn is a cheap hotel in Page with a perfect location. It has a small pool, Wi-Fi, and free parking for its guests.

It’s quite modest, but if you only want to sleep in Page for a night and then continue your journey, it’s perfect. This motel is 15 minutes from Wahweap Bay and 5 minutes from the Glen Dam. It is undoubtedly one of the best hotels near Antelope Canyon.

Its price is much lower than that of the previously mentioned hotels, so it usually fills up quickly.

Where to stay near Horseshoe Bend

Places like Horseshoe Bend make the accommodation in Page very worthwhile. If you think the Horseshoe Curve has a magical appearance in pictures, just wait until you see it in person; it’s incredible.

The Colorado River around this bend is fantastic and is one of the most photographed views of Page.

Visiting Horseshoe Bend allowed us to see landscapes that seemed to be from another world. Our lodging in Page was close by so we could glimpse the sunset from there. Below, we’ll tell you the best hotels to stay near Horseshoe Bend.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, the best hotel in Page

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is the best hotel to stay in Page and also the most luxurious. We wanted to have a special night, so we decided to book this fantastic accommodation near Horseshoe Bend in advance. It is located 8 miles from Lake Powell and 4 miles by car from Page Airport.

It has a large gym, free and secure parking lots, swimming pool, hot tub, restaurant, and excellent, attentive staff.

Its rooms have a spectacular view of the mountains, shower and jacuzzi, desk, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, personal care products, and large and comfortable beds.

Of course, the price of their services is a bit high, but I assure you it’s very worthwhile.

Comfort Inn & Suites, another option for where to stay in Page

If you want a place to sleep in Page, Comfort Inn & Suites is more straightforward but still modern. Also, the location isn’t bad either, as it’s one of the best hotels near Horseshoe Bend.

Its rooms are very well furnished and have different prices according to the desired style of accommodation. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and a restaurant serving typical local dishes.

Booking is essential, especially during the high season (April – October).

DAYS INN & SUITES BY WYNDHAM, another option for where to sleep in Page

Although Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham has a few luxurious touches, this Page accommodation is inexpensive compared to the previous two. It’s in an excellent location because it’s a 5-minute drive from Lake Powell.

Its services are similar to the other hotels recommended here, since it’s got just about everything. If you book less than a month in advance and the rest of the accommodations are already full, this may be your saving grace.

SUPER 8 BY WYNDHAM, very cheap accommodation in Page

Although many travelers book luxurious rooms to enjoy their stay, others only want hotels in Page to rest and recharge for the next day.

For this reason, for those looking for cheap accommodation in Page, Super 8 by Wyndham is the best choice. It’s 15 minutes from Lake Powell, and its prices are quite low. However, that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have excellent facilities, so it’s a good option for you to sleep near Horseshoe Bend.

It has a pool, gym, free breakfast, Wi-Fi area, free parking, and excellent customer service. The rooms are also spacious and modern.

Camping in Page – PAGE LAKE POWELL CAMPGROUND 

Camping in Page is very popular. Page Lake Powell Campground is near Lake Powell and offers good services for those who want to camp in Page.

The campsite is open every day and offers different accommodation options. For example, an RV site with full hook-up with cable (sewer, electric, water, cable TV) costs $47.95. (Just electric and water costs only $39.96). The tent sites cost $28.54 (4 people maximum).

One of the things that make this Page campground unique is its well-known Luxury Covered Wagon Glamping. These Conestoga wagons converted into luxury accommodation in Page are a very original lodging option.

The wagons include a king-size bed, double bunk, dining room, heating, and air conditioning, with an exclusive picnic area. The rate is $125 a night, and up to 4 people can stay in it.
