First, La Cocina de Colacho is among the best restaurants in Lanzarote since it delights all the senses. Its menu of signature dishes is super flavorful, and the entire property is adorned with lovely paintings and photographs, creating a beautiful gallery.

The restaurant also has a great location by the Marina Rubicón, one of the top attractions in Playa Blanca. So, after exploring this interesting area, you can rest and enjoy some delicious cuisine made with fresh ingredients. In addition to the food, the restaurant has a gorgeous ambiance, with an elegant silver-and-gold façade. Inside, the dining room is cozy and intimate, and the owners are incredibly friendly and kind. They’re a couple, and they’re dedicated to serving and listening to their customers, which is why I keep coming back.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants in Playa Blanca. If you want to eat here, be sure to reserve a table in advance since there is only a 20-person capacity.

2. Casa de la Playa, the best Lanzarote restaurant to try traditional Canarian food

If you’re in Haría, in the northern part of the island, I recommend eating at Casa de la Playa. This Lanzarote restaurant serves a variety of typical Canarian dishes and fresh seafood. It’s located in the seaside town of Arrieta, so it’s the perfect place to dine on fresh fish while enjoying the sound of the sea.

Not only that, but the property has an outdoor terrace with views of La Garita Beach. If you eat out here, bring a jacket since it can get windy. Another thing I like about this location is that it’s just a 10-minute drive from the César Manrique House Museum, which is well worth visiting.

While the prices here are a bit higher than other restaurants in Lanzarote, the portions are generous, and the food is out of this world. There is also an amazing dessert menu, although we were too full to dig into any of them. Next time!

I also recommend asking the wait staff for suggestions, particularly for a wine to pair with your meal. For example, the menu includes a soup of the day as a starter, a main course like grilled octopus and prawns, and a chocolate dessert to finish. While this place is known for its fresh fish dishes like hake and sea bass, it also has great vegetarian options.

Again, this is an excellent place to eat in Lanzarote for date night since the dishes are carefully prepared with herbs grown from the in-house garden. There is also an extensive wine menu with options from all over the world, so you can accompany your meal with the perfect drink.

If you’re going to be in the town of Ye, the Volcán de la Corona Restaurant and Grill is the best place to eat in Lanzarote. The surrounding area is a popular spot to go hiking in Lanzarote, and many hikers stop at this restaurant to refuel their tired bodies.

The restaurant specializes in grilled meats, and my personal favorites are the sirloin steak and the beef carpaccio. The desserts are also amazing, and the perfect sweet ending to your day. 7. La Bodega de Santiago, one of the best gourmet restaurants in Lanzarote

Here, you can enjoy the best chickpeas on the island, as well as some typical dishes from Lanzarote and the Mediterranean, such as roasted goat, lamb, and other meats. We first tried eating here after hiking the Tremesana Route in Timanfaya National Park, which is just half a mile away. However, it was very crowded, so we decided to go somewhere else.

Fortunately, we were able to reserve a table a few days later, and we enjoyed dinner on the restaurant’s outdoor terrace. The bluefin tuna was divine, as were the homemade polvorones (shortbread cookies). To end our meal, we ordered a barraquito, a coffee made with condensed milk, liqueur, cinnamon, and lemon, which is a typical drink in the Canary Islands. Overall, this is one of the best restaurants in Yaiza, Lanzarote, and the prices are very good.

Of all the restaurants in Costa Teguise, my top choice is Habana 6, which is located right by the Plaza Pueblo Marinero. I recommend coming here as a group since the menu is quite large and you’ll want to order a bit of everything. The restaurant specializes in grilled meats, although the fresh fish and pasta dishes are also popular.

While I love the food here, I also really admire the style and decor, which preserves traditional Canarian details like white walls and green wooden balconies. There is also a lovely garden area where you can hang out outdoors.
