10 Best Spa Hotels in Tenerife in 2024

One of the best ways to make your holiday extra special is to book a spa hotel in Tenerife. You’ll find several lovely resorts on the island with private jacuzzis, in-room hot tubs, and other spa facilities.

If you’ve never stayed in this kind of hotel before, I recommend it, even if it’s just for one night. A Tenerife spa hotel is a perfect place to treat yourself and recharge your batteries after enjoying the different attractions on the island. This type of accommodation is especially nice for couples since you can find private jacuzzi tubs in the room or on the balcony.

We decided to try one of these resorts and booked the Barceló Santiago. The experience was amazing, not only because of the hot tub but also because we got beautiful views of the Los Gigantes cliffs and La Gomera.

So, if you’re not sure where to stay in Tenerife, or you want something romantic, keep reading to discover the 10 best spa hotels in Tenerife, Canary Islands.

The hotel has 144 rooms with modern decor and cozy amenities. While all of the rooms are bright and spacious, I recommend staying in one of the junior suites so you can have an in-room jacuzzi. This is a special treat that you and your partner will love since you can spend a romantic moment together in total privacy.

In addition, the resort has beautiful common areas, including a spa area with a sauna, a hot tub, and other facilities. The restaurant, Gastrobar Sook, is delicious and specializes in traditional Canarian food. While this is one of the best jacuzzi hotels in Tenerife, it’s also worth checking out the surroundings since it’s close to the Botanical Garden and Maritime Park.
