If you’re visiting Sin City in the winter or during hurricane season, it’s a good idea to book a Las Vegas hotel with an indoor pool. Outdoor pool decks are amazing, but if you’re going to be in the city during the colder months, swimming outside in the rain and wind will be no fun. Plus, sometimes you’re just unlucky with the weather, so it’s good to have a backup plan!
While I shared a guide about the top areas to stay in Vegas, I wanted to write this article to tell you specifically which Las Vegas hotels have indoor pools. If you’re interested, I already have a guide to the best pools in Las Vegas.
Some Las Vegas resorts have both indoor and outdoor pool areas, and having an inside space to enjoy a swim or some downtime with family can be a great way to pass the time. This is especially true if the forecast takes a turn for the worst. Moreover, many indoor pools have modern facilities and amenities for guests, like showers, saunas, and lockers.
In a nutshell, the 5 best hotels in Las Vegas with indoor pools are:
- SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Henderson
- Platinum Hotel
- Baymont by Wyndham Las Vegas South Strip
- Bluegreen Vacations Club 36
- Embassy Suites Convention Center
1. SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Henderson, a lovely hotel in Las Vegas with an indoor pool
SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Henderson is a 3-star hotel with an indoor pool in Las Vegas. The resort is a 15-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip, which means that you won’t have to deal with heavy traffic. Along with the excellent staff and well-kept facilities, this Marriott hotel has a soothing indoor pool.
While it’s a bit small, this cozy indoor pool in Vegas has a whirlpool, natural light, and complimentary towels. The pool is large enough for you to do your morning laps or spend a couple of hours hanging out with friends. Guests can also use the 24-hour gym.
Even though you won’t be on the Vegas Strip, this resort is still worth booking. The bright, clean rooms overlook the mountains and Nevada valley, and the property is smoke-free.
2. Platinum Hotel, the best Las Vegas hotel with an indoor pool
The Platinum Hotel is right off the Strip, on Flamingo Road, and it’s one of the few resorts with an outdoor and indoor pool in Vegas. Both pool areas look very similar and they’re connected, so it’s nice to have both options while you’re staying here.
The pools are open daily and heated year-round. Guests can relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy other facilities and amenities like the fitness center and a full-service spa. The resort also has an on-site restaurant and lounge and a rooftop terrace with views of the High Roller at LINQ Promenade and the Stratosphere observation tower.
Besides being one of the best Las Vegas hotels with an indoor pool, the Platinum is kid-friendly, smoke and casino-free, and within walking distance of the Miracle Mile Shops. This unfussy resort has tidy rooms and balcony suites in Las Vegas, and while it may lack the pizazz and glamour of the luxury hotels, it’s a clean and accommodating place to stay near the Strip.
3. Baymont by Wyndham Las Vegas South Strip, the best cheap Vegas hotel with an indoor pool
The Baymont by Wyndham on the South Strip is another Las Vegas hotel with an indoor pool, and it’s a great choice if you’re traveling on a budget. This family-oriented hotel offers excellent room rates, family suites, and complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking. Plus, kids under 17 can stay for free if they’re with a parent.
There is no outdoor pool, but the indoor pool area is heated and has large windows to let in natural light. Loungers are set up around the pool, which connects to a small gym. Guests will appreciate the heated pool during the colder months, and when the weather is nice, they can enjoy the hotel’s sun deck.
Baymont by Wyndham South Strip is next to the South Premium Outlets, and it’s just 2.5 miles from the airport, so the location couldn’t be more convenient. The service may not be 5-star quality, but the staff is caring, and the resort is clean and comfortable. It certainly gets the job done if you’re staying overnight and don’t want to splash out on a luxury hotel on the Strip.
4. Bluegreen Vacations Club 36, another beautiful Las Vegas hotel with an indoor pool
Bluegreen Vacations Club 36 is another top hotel in Las Vegas with an indoor pool. This accommodation stands out because it’s like having a private condo in Sin City. The stylish resort offers one and two-bedroom suites with in-room laundry, kitchenettes, and separate sitting areas.
This hotel has a gym, an outdoor sun deck, and one of the best indoor pools in Vegas. The Art Deco-inspired space includes a large pool, a hot tub, a poolside bar, and lots of loungers and sofas.
Bluegreen Vacations is about two miles from the Strip, but if you don’t want to take the 30-minute walk, the hotel has a free shuttle service to Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino. Besides, the resort is within walking distance of shops, a grocery store, and Topgolf at MGM Grand.
When you consider the services and amenities, Bluegreen Vacations isn’t too different from other 3-star resorts on the Strip, plus it’s one of the best hotels near Las Vegas airport. The rates are reasonable, and you won’t have to pay for parking, Wi-Fi, or resort fees.
5. Embassy Suites Convention Center, a great Vegas hotel with an indoor pool for families
Finally, Embassy Suites Convention Center is another Vegas hotel with an indoor pool that’s worth visiting. The resort is close to the Sand Expo Convention Center and The Park shopping mall, and it’s about three miles from the Vegas Strip.
Embassy Suites is pet-friendly and has quiet, smoke-free rooms and suites. The lovely accommodations will suit families, couples, and solo travelers. What’s great about this Hilton resort is that it’s one of the top hotels in Las Vegas without a resort fee. So, in addition to free breakfast, you won’t be hit with unexpected fees.
As one of the best Las Vegas hotels with an indoor pool, Embassy Suites Convention Center offers guests a large swimming pool that’s open year-round to all ages. There is even an outdoor patio next to the pool with loungers, umbrella seating, and a hot tub.
Same as the pool area, the rooms at this resort are clean, comfortable, and classy. Many have walk-in showers, king beds, floor-to-ceiling windows, and balconies. You’ll come to Embassy Suites for the pool, gym, and other amenities, but you’ll stay for the excellent and friendly service!
